Eastlake Insurance strives to make your California DMV vehicle registration and titling experience fast and easy.  Following these simple steps will ensure that your California vehicle registration renewal request will be fulfilled in a timely fashion.  If at any time you need help, please use Call us 888-772-2911 or use the “contact us” tab.  Live help services are available Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm PST.

 

Step One:  Call us to  Retrieve Your DMV Fee Information:

On our have you vehicle identification number (VIN) and License plate number handy. With this information, we can give your vehicle’s DMV registration fees or you can calculate dmv fees on your own (excluding our convenience fee)

Step Two:  Pay DMV Fees:

We accept visa or master card we can overnight to CA only.

 

Due to the sensitivity of these documents, you may wish to select next day or second day delivery.

 

 

Your transaction will now be processed with the California DMV and your order will be shipped to the address you specify within one business day.

  

 

Step Three:  Fax or Upload Required Items:

If the California DMV requires any documents or verification, you will be notified by e-mail and US Mail.  If this is the case, you can provide the item(s) by fax, e-mail.

 

Order Complete!

Eastlake insurance completes your transaction with the DMV and ships your order.  You will also receive a confirmation e-mail.

 

 

 

Please Note:  The DMV fees calculated are valid only for the current date of our response.  Eastlake Insurance is not responsible for additional penalties or other requirements if you do not pay your fees nor provide all required items on the date of the fee calculation.   Eastlake Insurance  is not responsible for any DMV penalties or shipping delays due to circumstances beyond our control.  All payments and requests submitted after 5:00pm M-F will be processed the following business day.

 

Provided that full payment has been successfully authorized M-F before 5:00pm Pacific Time, and you have provided at least one of the required DMV registration documents, we will either post your fees with the DMV and ship your validated registration card and sticker or, we will set and post your fees with the DMV as a Report of Deposit of Fees (RDF) to avoid further DMV penalties.

 

If in the event the DMV requires additional items, such as proof of automobile liability insurance or a smog test.  We will let you know at time of service.  If the additional required item(s) are not received by  Eastlake Insurance  prior to 5:00pm Pacific Time of the date of your payment authorization,  Eastlake Insurance may ship your DMV Report of Deposit of Fees (RDF) indicating the items required to obtain a valid registration card & sticker.  Once you can provide the additional required items, you may complete your registration with us, any DMV field office or registration service.  Eastlake Insurance  is not responsible for any additional fees or penalties assessed by the DMV while your vehicle is in RDF status.
